Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.  A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.

Rescheduling your appointment

We understand that life is full of unforseen situations and that it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment in order to tend to those special needs.   Therefore, we request that you notify our office as soon as you are aware of your need to reschedule so that we may offer this appointment to another patient.   However, please be advised that there may be a $50 rescheduling fee after your 3rd consecutive appointment change not covered by insurance.

Missing an appointment disrupts proper sequencing of care and delays completion of your treatment.
